Standard terms and conditions:
- The prices are intended a person and day considering a minimum stay of 3 days.
 - Single supplement in a single room: 7 € a day
- Single supplement in a double room: 15 € a day
- The room is available from 2 pm
- At departure the room must be vacated at 10 am.
- Dogs are welcome, but please bring a blanket or a basket for the dog. The dog should be calm and house-trained.
- Special offers and reductions cannot be cumulated. Only one price concession can be applied.
- An advanced payment is only necessary at 3 days stay

Reservation without advanced payment:
If you arrive later than 5 p.m., please inform us. Otherwise we reserve our right to resell your room.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival day: no cancellation charge will be count. You retrieve the advanced payment, less 30 € of administrative charge.
Cancellation within 60 days before the arrival day: we retain the advanced payment.
Cancellation within 30 days before the arrival day: we charge 70 % of the complete price.
The basis of calculation is the booked period.
The cancellation has to be sent in written form within the mentioned periods.
